cold weather

any canadian kid playing baseball, whether it be in pee-wee or at the college level always awaits the summer months and the warmth of the sun.
Recently here in the Great White North we have been having a cold spring. With such cold weather comes the halt on throwing outdoors, the halt on long runs, the halt on everything that gets me ready to play and perform.
The lack of indoor facilities, including the fact that our Brock Badgers Baseball team (2010 OUA champs) get kicked out of our gyms at school for throwing and trying to get ready for our season. (side note :  Brock Rec people, wake the F*ck up, were skilled at our sport and need somewhere to train, FIO and stop kicking us out based on safety, if we cant hit our the glove of the guys we're catching with we wouldnt be on a championship team ) so basically, me and the rest of my teammates are left with nowhere to throw.
and my arm is starting to itch to throw a ball. It is something that keeps me happy, its safe to say my happiness is absent right now and that if we don't get any warm weather soon, I will start losing my mind.

To end todays post I would just like to shed light on the 105mph pitch by aroldis chapman this week against the pirates. Hardly anyone will throw that hard, so why do we always lose our minds over trying to throw as hard as we can? I hit my spots , I don't throw 90, I am a pitcher who thinks and thats what the game needs more of. Yes, if you were wondering I have read a book outside of school with no pictures.
You're Welcome
